At our Royal Canin site in Bruck an der Leitha, more than 350 dedicated Associates work every day to produce tailored nutrition supporting the health and wellbeing of dogs and cats — in Austria and globally.
As Project Engineer, you’ll lead and support engineering projects from sustainability to safety and innovation. You’ll work in a collaborative, international environment where your ideas and initiatives are valued, and where you can see the impact of your work daily. Whether you have first experience or are seeking your next step – if you’re curious, organized, and passionate about technology and teamwork, we’d love to meet you.
What are we looking for?
* A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical or scientific field
* At least 2 years of experience in a relevant industry
* A strong team player with the drive to make things happen
* Solid project management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication, listening, and influencing abilities
* Fluent in German and confident communicating in English
* Eager to learn, grow, and make a difference
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Manage engineering projects that deliver safe, sustainable, and efficient solutions
* Take ownership of your role – from execution to collaboration and personal growth
* Encourage and empower team members to take initiative and deliver results
* Lead and coordinate external contractors on-site
* Engage with internal partners from different departments
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, aligned with financial targets
* Apply and help evolve our global engineering standards locally

Starting gross annual salary from €64,300 (full-time), plus bonus – depending on experience
