Job Description
* Operation (patching and system updates) and monitoring of various ECM systems (Windows & Linux), as well as performing error analyses in 2nd-level support (no 1st-level)
* Management of interfaces, automations, and integrations (e.g., REST APIs, scripting – including Groovy, Python, Bash, PowerShell)
* Working with relational databases and expanding your expertise in PostgreSQL and MSSQL
* Applying prompt engineering skills and leveraging initial experience with different AI models
* Contributing to cross-functional IT projects related to platform and collaboration solutions
* Creating and maintaining specifications, system documentation, and operational guidelines in accordance with ITSM standards (ITIL)
* Coordinating external service providers during platform introductions and expansions
* Planning and delivering training sessions, workshops, and courses for business departments to ensure effective platform usage
Qualifications
* Completed IT education (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) or equivalent several years of professional experience in system administration or platform operations
* Strong technical affinity and in-depth understanding of system landscapes, interfaces, automations, and hybrid technologies (on-prem and cloud)
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, along with a strong willingness for continuous professional development
* Openness to new technologies and AI-assisted ways of working

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4,000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
