Senior Manager - Network Operations Strategy & Business Management
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Manager - Network Operations Strategy & Business Management to partner directly with the Client and drive strategic planning, governance, and operational excellence across a major network operations division. This role is critical in ensuring strong execution discipline, uplift in operational maturity, and seamless coordination across engineering, service management, planning, and delivery teams. You will shape strategy translation, manage divisional reporting, lead business rhythm, and support transformation initiatives that strengthen network reliability and service continuity.
What You'll Do
* Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
* Lead divisional reporting, dashboards, and executive updates
* Manage governance forums and drive operational transparency
* Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
* Oversee communications, leadership briefings, and engagement
* Monitor KPIs, SLAs, operational performance, OPEX/CAPEX health
* Support transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, resilience, and automation
About You
* Senior leadership experience in telecommunications, network operations, or critical infrastructure
* Strong background in business operations, strategy execution, governance, or performance management
* Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence
* Understanding of incident response, service operations, or network-centric environments
* Highly analytical, structured, and comfortable with complexity and large-scale coordination
