In this position you are responsible for the cross functional commercial development of energy solutions for mobility, transport and logistics. The Business Development Manager (m/f/d) owns both the commercial strategy and also the communication of the application solutions.

Your Responsibilities
* Represent INNIO in key events to create awareness of powergen solutions for the EV charging infrastructure builtout
* Identify new business opportunities and develop commercialization plans
* Create leads for new EV charging projects, by identifying relevant markets and customers
* Support sales with application specific knowledge
* Understand political environment and develop communication to achieve attractive support for ramp-up phase
* Combine marketing aspects of all products for EV charging applications
* Analysis of global markets - interpret economic, political and industry related trends and derive strategic actions
* Collect requirements for the product portfolio by understanding global market environments, economics, political and industrial trends, in close liasion with product managers of the platforms
* Connect with and represent INNIO in mobility and transport or logistic related associations to communicate and market our products accordingly
* Develop strategic partnerships with possible charging as a service providers, EV solution providers and strategic accounts in need of high EV charging infrastructure, in close collaboration with our regional sales teams to increase segment share expansion
Your Profile
* Technical and/or business degree (Bachelor, Master)
* Very strong experience in management/expert role in relevant industry (Combustion Engines, Power Generation)
* Substantial experience in business development
* Strong technical and business acumen related to relevant industry
* Strong problem solving and influencing skills
* Good knowledge of the power generation market and its supporting regulations for applications of cogeneration, district heating hydrogen and biogas is expected
* Good knowledge in fields of logistics, mobility and EV industry
* Thorough understand of Jenbacher GtM set-up and product portfolio
* Experienced in product management, commercialization, sales
* Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in English and German (oral and written)
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
