The ideal candidate will have strong development expertise, a solid technical background, and the ability to break down complex business and technical challenges into manageable components, apply structured problem-solving techniques, and deliver practical, scalable solutions. You should also be able to understand and influence system architecture, data flows, and compliance requirements.
1) Solution Customization
* Deploy, customize, and integrate AI-driven solutions and workflow platforms.
* Customize and optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and compliance.
* Develop integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
2) Collaboration & Advisory
* Partner with internal product, data, and process engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI adoption and digital transformation.
* Drive acceleration across departments to foster innovation and adoption of advanced technologies.
3) Operational Excellence
* Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, ensuring reliability and security.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance client solutions.
PROFILE
* Proficiency in AI Foundry or similar AI platforms
* Strong programming experience in Java, Python, and C#
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform for low-code/no-code solutions
* Expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration of deploying backend services
* Solid understanding of data pipeline development and management technical competencies
* Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices
* Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
* Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in enterprise environments
* Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Certifications in Azure, AI/ML, or Power Platform
* Experience with enterprise-scale deployments
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at €45.811,22 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
