Senior Service Technician / Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Senior Service Technician / Customer Success Manager that will provide great customer service to the LiveVoice clients and tell new ones about how they can benefit from it. Your tasks include:

Taking care of customer service requests (mostly via email or via video calls)
Managing sales requests and providing live demos to potential customers
Creating offers for special custom requests
Remote service: Providing online support to customers in case they need anything
On-site service: If requested by customer, support at the location (in DACH region but also internationally, so you might have the chance to fly to Puerto Rico, Washington D.C. or other locations in the world)
Providing webinars for interested potential clients
Representing LiveVoice at trade shows to potential new customers

About you

This position will be great for you if you:

Have at least 5-10 years of working experience
Are excited about new technologies
Can explain how Zoom works to your mom when it came up ;) What we mean: You understand easily how apps, smartphones and computers work, and are able to teach that to others (no programming expertise needed, but general interest in IT and tech topics)
Have experience in the event industry, ideally in context of audio‑visual technology
Speak & write German and English fluently. Spanish would be nice too, but not required
Are happy to communicate with people via email, phone and in person
Work in a reliable and structured way
Have a hands‑on mentality, thinking about creative solutions
Look for a full time job (40 hours per week) and are willing to go the extra mile when it comes to events

Work environment

The office is located in Salzburg (Austria), so this will be your main working place, but home office and travelling to events will also be part of your work life.
