Distributor Partnerships Manager
in
Austria
.

This role is a strategic opportunity to manage and strengthen distributor relationships across multiple countries in Central and Eastern Europe. You will drive product launches, optimize commercial performance, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as regulatory, safety, and quality. Operating remotely, you will act as the key point of contact for distributor partners, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring performance, and implementing initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. The position requires a proactive, results-driven professional capable of navigating complex markets and contributing to regional strategic planning.

Accountabilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners across the CEE region.
* Lead and support new product launches, ensuring alignment with KPIs and commercial objectives.
* Negotiate and optimize distributor commercial and marketing plans to maximize value, price, and margin.
* Monitor distributor performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, resolve operational issues, and support distributor needs.
* Provide market insights, including pricing, reimbursement, tenders, and competitor activity.
* Contribute to regional strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements

* University degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in distributor management or similar commercial roles.
* Proven track record of managing distributor relationships successfully in European/CEE markets.
* Strong commercial, negotiation, and project management skills.
* Independent, resilient, and capable of managing multiple markets and a diverse portfolio remotely.
* Excellent communication skills in English; additional CEE languages are a plus.
* Experience in product launches; biosimilars experience is highly advantageous.
