Your contribution to guest happiness
* Processing event and related room quota enquiries, including the coordination and responsibility of all processes from customer enquiry, offer preparation and contract drafting to invoicing
* Ensuring good and efficient cooperation between all departments
* Maintaining guest contact in the event area before, during and after the event

* Sound hotel training
* Professional experience in the hotel/catering industry, preferably in the event/conference sector
* Very good written and spoken German and English
* Good general education, high level of commitment and willingness to learn
* Independent & organised work and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths
