Eligibility Criteria
Interns must meet the following requirements:
* Aged between 19 to 25 years
* All nationalities are eligible for this role; nationals from the member countries of the OPEC Fund for International Development are strongly encouraged to apply. The member countries are: Algeria, Ecuador, Gabon, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Venezuela.
* Enrolled in an undergraduate program (completed at least two years) or a graduate program
* Alternatively, recent graduates (graduated within one year before the application deadline)
* Fluent in English (working knowledge of Arabic, French, German, or Spanish is an advantage)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong interest in the OPEC Fund’s mission and activities
* Ability to work in a multicultural, international setting
* Demonstrated integrity, excellence, empowerment, innovation, and community commitment

* Research relevant topics
* Draft and edit documents and reports
* Organize and manage data and information
* Support department staff with daily tasks and ongoing projects
* Participate in meetings and contribute ideas where applicable
