Lead adoption of new tools and automations across the auditor org, and bring back what works and what doesn't. Team Lead Leadership & Development Lead and grow the Auditor Team Leads as managers, setting the bar for how they lead, provide feedback and investing in their growth. Hold the operating rhythm for the TL group and act as the first escalation point when team leads need to unblock issues beyond their unit. Build a sustainable TL pipeline by spotting and growing high-potential auditors into the next generation of team leads. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Creative, Product, Partnership Growth and Dev leads to align production reality with creative direction, tool capability, and roadmap. Represent the auditor org in cross-pillar decisions on workflow design, capacity, and team structure. What kind of professional are we looking for? 5 years of management experience in a high-volume production environment such as a creative agency, animation studio, or post-production studio. Must-have. Hands-on background as an artist, video editor, or in post-production, so you understand the craft and the people who do it. Fluent English, written and spoken. You'll lead meetings, write documentation, and communicate with global team members. Bonus Points Experience working with internally developed AI tools, not just consumer products like ChatGPT.
