Job Description
* Assisting in the creation of cable drawings according to internal company standards.
* Supporting the review of technical and economic feasibility in close coordination with production departments and purchasing.
* Planning and controlling production processes for electronic components and systems.
* Optimizing manufacturing workflows to ensure efficient production.
* Assisting in the preparation of preliminary and final cost calculations, variance analyses, and corresponding corrective actions.
Qualifications
* Completed apprenticeship or ongoing studies with a focus on electronics, mechatronics, production engineering, or a comparable field.
* Experience with a CAD application (e.g., AutoCAD, Creo).
* Ideally, knowledge of SAP (production planning and materials management).
* Excellent German and English skills.
* Strong spatial awareness and analytical thinking.
* Hands‑on mentality and enjoyment of teamwork.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a fair and market‑aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €2,700 (based on full‑time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
