We’re on the hunt for an experienced, confident, and driven Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to play a key leadership role in our Hunt Sisters (EBU). * Provide executive-level administrative support to the Hunt Sisters team
* Manage contracts, compliance, and coordinate seamless property transactions
* Run CRMs and databases (Vault, Rita, ActivePipe), keeping everything updated
* Coordinate calendars, appointments, property viewings, and team events
* Assist with marketing campaigns, social media posts, and client communications
* Conduct market research, prepare sales reports, and assist with pricing analysis
* Ensure post-transaction client follow-up, relationship nurturing, and referrals
* Manage general office administration, supplies, and ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or Senior Sales Administrator (real estate experience essential)
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills — you juggle priorities like a pro
* High-level communication skills, written and verbal, with a polished, professional style
* Strong knowledge of Vault, Rita, ActivePipe, Microsoft Office, and marketing tools
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive under pressure
* Meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-focused, proactive attitude
* Passion for teamwork, leadership, and supporting others to achieve success
