YOUR JOB
As Vice President Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving strategic sales initiatives to foster business growth. You will take full ownership of assigned accounts, lead sales efforts collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure a seamless end-to-end process from initial outreach to closing deals.
Your Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end responsibility for new-logo accounts and defining strategic direction in alignment with the CRO.
* Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to legal and contractual closure.
* Building sustainable relationships with customers and stakeholders for long-term development.
* Crafting compelling sales stories and ensuring team alignment.
* Steering customer-specific sales activities with documented milestones.
* Coordinating proposal, presentation, and contract creation for decision-makers.
* Collaborating with SAP Industry AEs and specialized sales units to leverage the SAP ecosystem.
* Ensuring smooth customer interactions through internal coordination.
* Representing NETCONOMY at trade fairs and industry events to enhance market presence.
Your Skills
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with complex IT services related to digital transformation.
* Industry understanding of consumer and B2B sectors is advantageous.
* Proven sales and negotiation skills with a record of acquiring customers and closing deals.
* Technical understanding of digital transformation.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
* High initiative, self-motivation, and independence.
* Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
* Professional presence and persuasive communication.
* Effective collaboration with internal teams.
* Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (~20%).
* Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2/C1).
Our Offer

The minimum gross annual salary for this full-time role, per the current collective agreement, is €62,790. Actual salary depends on experience and qualifications.
