The Vice‑Rectorate for Legal Affairs and Organizational Development is looking for an employee to join the Quality Management (QM) staff unit with immediate effect.
Quality Manager
(d, f, m) - 40 hours per week
Your tasks:
* Implementation and monitoring of the instruments and processes of the quality management system, in particular (internal and external) reports, evaluations and internal surveys
* Accompanying projects and accreditation procedures in Austria and abroad, in particular formal assessment of degree programs and university courses
* Preparation and analysis of university data sets and support for data maintenance in the campus management system and research management system
* Further development of existing reporting instruments, in particular quality management in the area of teaching and learning
* Training and advising colleagues in the faculties and central organizational units on quality management
* Further training on university quality management
* Filing and documentation of processes and procedures
* Participation in university committees and national and international networking in the university QM context by arrangement
Your profile:
* University degree at bachelor's level, diploma/master's level desirable
* Experience with university processes and familiarity with project and process management
* Very good knowledge of Excel, statistical software and reporting
* Familiarity with Austrian higher education law and accreditation system
* Familiarity with learning outcomes orientation and the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS)
* Precise, structured and solution‑oriented working style
* Strong communication and counseling skills
* Excellent written and spoken German, good command of English
* High degree of reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility

The employment relationship is open‑ended.
For this position we offer a monthly gross salary of € 2,800 on a full‑time basis with the willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications/previous experience.
