Regional Sales Representative – Austria
Join us and help grow our bakery in Austria. We are an industrial‑sized bakery based in Hungary, producing premium frozen bakery products for retail and foodservice customers regionally. As we expand in Austria, we are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Representative who knows the local market and enjoys developing strong partnerships.
Your Main Tasks
* Develop new customer relationships across Austria
* Grow sales with retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners
* Use your network and market knowledge to open new accounts
* Present our frozen bakery products and solutions to customers
* Handle negotiations and assist with commercial agreements
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Work closely with our sales and logistics teams
* Help drive sustainable business growth in the region
What You Bring
* Several years of successful sales experience in frozen foods, bakery products, or FMCG
* Existing contacts within the Austrian retail, distribution, or foodservice sectors
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Independent and organized working style
* Fluent German is essential; English skills are also required
* Willingness to travel regularly throughout Austria
* Valid driving license
