What will be your roles and responsibilities?
* Lead the sales & network department, driving revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans, setting quotas, and building up a team
* Forecasting, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, and overseeing all sales & network operations
* Advising and coaching team and partners on their day-to-day sales tasks, reporting to Brand Director
* Negotiate with the manufacturer
* Plan, execute all campaigns
* Applying for sales subsidies for importers
* Work close with the marketing department by suggesting campaigns and attending client events
* Steer the work of the network development by monitoring and maintaining standards and increasing the productivity of partners
* Constant evaluation of the dealer network in terms of sales/stock/CI implementation
* Preparation of sales activities and strategic campaigns
* Preparation of sales reports/plans
* Creation of stock & pipeline reports in cooperation with the sales team
* Helping the company to optimize the efficiency of its processes and its communication in the local market
You are the ideal candidate if you have
* University degree with License
* Experience in similar position min. 5 years
* Experience in OEM, NSC or distributor side.
* Experience in automotive industry in the Austrian market is mandatory
* Sales, Communication and Negotiation skills
* Driving license - B
