Overview
Ayvens is focused on shaping the future of sustainable mobility. The role focuses on planning, controlling, and information provision as well as steering Controlling processes. The position involves budget creation, forecasts, monthly reports, and variance analyses, and supports leadership with essential information for goal achievement.
Responsibilities
* Plan, control, and provide information for Controlling processes
* Participate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
* Create monthly reports, compare planned vs. actual figures, and perform variance analyses
* Provide leadership with essential information to achieve targets
* Handle ad-hoc requests, contribute to profitability calculations, and further develop Controlling processes
* Collaborate on projects and take on project leadership as part of the role
Qualifications
* Completed business studies (FH / University) and at least 4 years of professional experience in Controlling
* Excellent Excel skills
* Experience with BI systems is advantageous
* Detail-oriented data maintenance and preparation
* Proactive approach with a structured and analytical work style
* Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on internal customers
* Very good German and English written and spoken skills
* Minimum gross salary of €3,000 per month, negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
