Job Summary: You handle receiving goods, arranging inventory, maintaining order. Provide friendly customer service and product presentation. Operate the cashier and assist with the service counter.
Responsibilities
* Accept and store delivered goods, maintain order and cleanliness in storage area and cold rooms
* Check goods for type, quantity, temperature, and quality
* Ensure optimal logistics in storage and refrigeration according to HACCP rules
* Provide friendly and competent customer support
* Present merchandise attractively across the range
* Implement current sales guidelines and practice plans
* Order items based on system suggestions and correctly apply price markings
* Conduct ongoing quality and freshness checks and cleaning under HACCP regulations
* Operate cashier in accordance with BILLA guidelines
* Assist in the service counter (delicatessen, meat, bakery)
Qualifications
* Completed apprenticeship in retail or hospitality (advantage)
* Experience in grocery retail, warehousing or hospitality (advantage)
* Team‑oriented work style
* Passion for food and sensitivity to quality and freshness
* Enjoy interacting with people and enthusiasm
* Flexibility, accuracy, and resilience under time pressure
* German language skills suitable for the role
* Forklift licence (advantage)

Benefits
Your starting salary is at least €2,251 brutto per month on a full‑time basis (38.5 hours per week) according to the collective agreement. In a personal interview we will tailor the pay to your qualifications and experience.
