What You Will Be Doing
As a
Junior SAP Key User
, you will play a key role in the evolution and integration of our digital business processes. Acting as a bridge between end users, customers, and technical teams, you'll help ensure smooth communication and deliver efficient solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Acting as the interface between SAP end users, customers, and IT specialists
* Supporting the implementation and development of SAP and EDI processes
* Analyzing and optimizing existing workflows to improve efficiency and quality
* Conducting tests and validations of new SAP and EDI functionalities
* Creating and maintaining documentation and training materials for end users
* Supporting international SAP rollouts and projects
What You Need To Succeed
* Initial experience with SAP systems, ideally as a user or key user
* Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude
* Analytical thinking and a structured, hands-on approach
* Team spirit and confidence in an international environment
