Your mission
We are a fast-growing family business and a specialist in pan-European transportation with a focus on Intermodal and FTL. To expand our team for the France region, we are looking for strong and winning personalities with positive energy, willingness to perform, and entrepreneurial spirit who are fluent in French and English.
YOUR TASKS:
As a Transport Manager, you will support existing customers and act as their primary contact. You will also develop your network by acquiring new customers and strengthening partner relationships. After training, you will be fully responsible for organizing and supervising European road transports in your area. Your tasks include:
* Independent planning and scheduling of land transport (round trip/charter)
* Purchasing and selling cargo space, and handling organization and transport planning
* Developing customer-specific solutions & projects
YOUR PROFILE:
Your strengths
* You are an open, communicative person with strong communication skills
* You are committed, flexible, and take ownership of your tasks and region
* You enjoy working in a young, dynamic, multicultural team
* You have very good French and English skills (C1+ preferred); German or Italian is a plus
* You have completed school or university education, ideally in the commercial/logistics field, or have 1-2 years of experience
* Practical experience in transport or customer service is advantageous

The salary is above the collective agreement, with a minimum of €2,100/2,300 gross per month depending on qualifications and experience. Your annual salary includes a basic salary plus a performance-related monthly bonus, paid after your training.
