About The Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales team in Austria (Remote working within Austria is available) to help lead the growth of Siemens Digital Industries within the Central & Eastern Europe region (Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Albania). The role requires up to 50% travel. Your main responsibility will be to engage with our large accounts and look for opportunities in areas where we can add value for our customers. You will work with professional pre‑sales consultants and our services team towards closing opportunities and increasing revenues.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement industry‑focused, consultative and value‑selling engagements with large to enterprise‑size companies through productive relationships with customers and prospects.
* Use appropriate methods, lead the formation and execution of cohesive customer sales strategies to drive the sales cycle and close deals.
* Build trusted advisor status by communicating knowledgeably with the customer around business challenges and the value of our industrial software (PLM / MES / IOT) solutions to address them with appropriate ROI justification.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and planning.
* Represent Siemens in accordance with our values and expectations.
* Participate in international events both internal and external.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of closing complex deals in a B2B environment, ideally within industrial software and possibly within the automotive, shipping, or food & beverage sector.
* A passion for sales with a “never give up” mentality.
* Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to understand and build long‑term relationships with key customers.
* Ability to have fun while exceeding targets.
* Excellent business communication skills in English; other CEE languages are advantageous.
* Experience in manufacturing software sector (PLM, MES, IOT) highly desirable.
