Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalized and intuitive service to VIPs and suite guests, acting as their single point of contact throughout their stay.
* Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their room, offering in-room check-in and personalized orientation.
* Handle guest preferences and special requests with utmost discretion, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring total satisfaction.
* Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and security at all times.
* Support the wider Front Office and Rooms Division team as needed.
