Team Operations Manager – Drive Success with a High-Performing Team

We are seeking a motivated, detail driven Team Operations Manager to support our Principal Director and their team in delivering exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.
This is a hybrid role combining client care, buyer management, sales support, and behind the scenes coordination – ideal for someone who wants to grow, contribute, and play a key role in a high performing team.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
* Listing preparation & campaign coordination.
* CMA preparation and appraisal coordination.
* Prepare Form 6s and manage all listing documentation.
* Liaise with owners to organise pre‑market activities, including styling, staging, inspections, photography, and supplier bookings.
* Coordinate marketing strategies with support from the in‑house marketing team.
* Manage team schedules, open home flow, and weekly planning.
* Print and distribute marketing materials provided by the marketing team.
* Attend open homes and complete timely, high quality buyer follow‑ups.
* Prepare and send detailed vendor reports.
* Maintain exceptional communication with buyers and sellers throughout campaigns.
* Prepare contracts and assist with auction preparation and on‑day support.
* Guide vendors and buyers from contract through to settlement with proactive communication.
* Organise settlement inspections, gifts, and milestone touchpoints.
* Maintain ongoing client relationships, nurturing your database and delivering premium long‑term care.
* Conduct follow‑ups via calls, texts, and in‑person meetings to strengthen relationships.
About You

Requirements
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar EA, sales support, or buyer management role.
* Proven success in client care and operational support.
* A valid Driver’s Licence.
* Strong understanding of property legislation.
* Experience with, or willingness to learn: NurtureCloud, VaultRE, G‑Suite, Auctions Live.
