We are looking for a self‑starting, energetic individual who is not afraid to question assumptions and who has effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Integral contributor to the development team, actively participating in code creation.
* Define project scope, set realistic deadlines, and manage project timelines effectively.
* Assign tasks to team members and ensure clear delivery expectations.
* Regularly review code to maintain quality and adherence to standards.
* Provide guidance and support to team members for technical growth.
* Manage tools and resources efficiently to enable team productivity.
* Act as liaison between the development team and clients or stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
* Monitor and report project progress to relevant parties.
* Proactively identify and address technical and team challenges.
* Oversee testing and bug‑fixing processes to ensure high quality deliverables.
* Foster a collaborative team environment.
* Communicate ideas and vision to demonstrate impact to customers.
Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in Mobile Development.
* Experience leading a development team.
* Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
* Android Native development.
* Swift and SwiftUI for iOS.
* iOS Native development.
* HTML5 App Development.
Nice to Have
* SCRUM or Kanban knowledge.
