Job Responsibilities
* You shape the entire recruiting process: from profile creation and applicant management to onboarding new colleagues. You are the central contact person and ensure a positive first impression.
* You help build our active sourcing efforts: developing new ways to target suitable talent and establishing structured processes for proactive recruiting.
* You drive HR projects forward: whether it's employer branding, internal processes, or new ideas—taking the opportunity to shape or independently manage projects.
* You enhance our visibility externally: collaborating with marketing to manage and develop our social media channels related to HR, with the freedom to explore new platforms.
* You ensure effective communication: maintaining clear, open, and authentic dialogue with applicants, colleagues, and external partners.
* You represent our company at trade fairs: promoting our employer brand with enthusiasm at events and career fairs.
How to Convince Us
* Completed commercial training or relevant studies.
* Initial experience in HR, ideally in recruiting and active sourcing.
* Open, communicative, and enjoy working with people.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
* A motivated and reliable personality with a hands-on mentality, confident demeanor, and independent working style.
* Enjoy working in a varied, challenging role within a well-coordinated, international team.
