Paper republic is one of the world's fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team of 85 people with more than 20 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work. You will support us with the processing of all our e-commerce orders (online retail). You will fulfill customers' personalization requests on our embossing machine. You will assist in producing and packaging goods and products. You will be responsible for stamping shipments and ensuring delivery to our end customers. You will support us in ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth collaboration with our production and customer support teams. You will assist us in organizing the storage of materials and maintain accurate inventory (stocktaking, etc.). You will ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse. Ideally, you already have experience in warehouse logistics and/or order processing or shipping. You are motivated, focused, and organized. You enjoy working according to structured workflows. You like to stand and move during your work and are physically fit. You are flexible and can handle stressful situations. You speak good English. You enjoy working in a team and proactively contribute ideas and solutions.
