Your territory
As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:
* Take ownership of paid social campaigns across multiple markets, with a strong focus on execution within Meta Ads Manager
* Set up, manage, and continuously refine Meta campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization
* Partner with marketing and design colleagues to create compelling ad creatives that follow brand guidelines and platform best practices
* Implement and evaluate A/B tests to identify winning creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
* Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into practical improvements that help scale results
* Test emerging platforms and advertising opportunities to support future growth initiatives
* Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better– you’ll never hear the phrase "... because that’s how we’ve always done things"
* Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience running paid social campaigns, ideally focused on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
* Practical experience working in Meta Ads Manager and managing campaigns directly
* Ability to oversee campaigns from setup and launch through ongoing optimization and scaling
* Background in B2C marketing is a plus
* Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
* Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity and a proactive mindset
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Valid Austrian work permit

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 43.000 full-time - at Tractive that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
