KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Establishment and development of a (global) marketing strategy in coordination with your superior and the head of business development
* Implementation of the defined marketing mix (in cooperation with Corporate Communications and Graphic Design)
* Planning the marketing budget and monitoring costs
* Participating in trade fairs (international)
* Drive global brand awareness
* Evaluating marketing measures (campaigns, trade fairs etc.)
* Internal cooperation with sales, project management etc.
* Designing a global corporate identity
* Identifying trends
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
* 7-10 years of marketing expertise, including management experience (several years of global B2B experience desirable)
* Enthusiasm for our industry (media technology, theme park attractions)
* Comprehensive knowledge of all state-of-the-art marketing tools and trends
* Structured approach, strong implementation skills, and solution-oriented mindset
* Proactive and creative personality with hands-on qualities
* Healthy self-management skills and strong communication skills
* Ability to identify needs and pivot efforts accordingly
* German skills desirable
