Are you in? Your Role In your new role, you'll be a key player in our mixed-signal layout team, ensuring high-quality physical design from concept to tape-out. Working closely with analog designers, as well as layout engineers at all hierarchy levels, you'll take ownership of the layout implementation and top-level integration of IP blocks and subsystems. Key responsibilities in your new role: * Planning, estimating, and executing mixed-signal floorplans for IP macros and subsystems * Driving analog full-custom layout implementation, from block level to top level * Performing layout verification and ensuring compliance with design and reliability rules * Collaborating closely with circuit designers to meet performance and area targets * Coordinating with subsystem and top-level layout teams to ensure seamless integration Your Profile You combine technical know-how with precision and a keen eye for quality. Your ability to communicate clearly and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams helps you to stay aligned and effective – even under pressure. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A higher technical School (HTL) / university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable * 5 years of experience in analog full custom layout * Good understanding of integrated circuits such as matching, noise, coupling, shielding and IR-drop as well as all kinds of layout dependent effects (LDE) in deep submicron technologies * Knowledge of CAD tools for physical design (Cadence, Mentor) * Unix/Linux OS experience * Good English Skills with German S...
