Who We’re Looking For:
* Background in Sales in any industry (Insurance Sales Agent, Sales Representative, Account Executive, Door to Door Sales, B2B Sales, B2C, Financial Services Representative, Outbound Sales Agent…)
* Resilient, coachable, and hungry to learn.
* Strong communicator with a bias for action.
* Ready to hit and smash targets to unlock greater commissions.
* EU passport holders and readiness to work in Malta.
* Total compensation typically €39k+ year 1 (Base + Uncapped Commission).
