Location: Hybrid (2 days in Kundl Austria office and 3 days remote)
Job Type: Full time Permanent or long term freelance
Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM CET (Monday to Friday)
Salary: €65000 per annum (Gross) + Benefits
About the Role
We are looking for an IT Application Manager to provide technical support and second-level troubleshooting in a regulated GxP environment. The role requires managing hardware/software inventories, user and access management, documentation, and collaborating with IT experts to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
* Experience with Windows systems, thin clients (Dell, Igel, HP), IPCs
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Fluent in German and English with good communication skills
* Accurate, able to multitask, and work independently
* Good planning, organizational skills, and teamwork
Key Responsibilities
* Technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software
* Handling second-level support calls, tickets, and user requests
* Fast, reliable answers to employee and customer inquiries
* Documentation of problems and knowledge base maintenance
* Hardware inventory management and reporting
* Processing service requests, access, and user management
* Assigning and troubleshooting permissions
* Participation in process improvement
* Consulting with IT experts as needed
* Applying knowledge of IT systems in regulated environments (GxP)
