YOUR CONTRIBUTION
* You are the single point of contact for all customer enquiries and act as an internal information hub in the service department.
* You record fault reports and service requests and provide administrative and organizational support to your colleagues in technical support.
YOUR SKILLSET
* You are qualified for this role thanks to your strong customer focus, and you enjoy telephone and written customer contact.
* You have completed your training. Ideally, you also have an affinity for IT – but this is not a must.
* You enjoy working in a team, but also independently, and are customer‑and solution oriented.
* As a communicative team player, you have very good German language skills.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around €35,000. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
