RBI and its payment acceptance division are leading providers in the region, serving a wide range of merchants both offline and online. We are committed to investing in our people, products, and technology, and this role will be a key senior team member shaping our future direction.This role will be responsible for designing and implementing a new operating model across several Central and Eastern European markets. Additionally, the delivery manager will coordinate various change and product initiatives, enhance our operational practices, and foster a strong community within our payment acceptance teams.Your role at RBI:Strategy & Business Transformation:Lead strategic initiatives across multiple countries to drive revenue and innovation.Implement digital activation strategies to boost online customer engagement.Payment Acceptance Business (Acquiring):Develop and execute an improved operating model for the Payment Acceptance business in our CEE markets, covering all customer segments.Establish and refine agile working environments, ensuring innovation and operational efficiency.Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to define product backlogs, including technical epics, user stories, and release plans.Manage technical dependencies, alignment, and synergies across agile teams, tracking risks and impediments.Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and external contracts, ensuring cost control.Regional Leadership & Cross-Country Cooperation:Mobilize and empower cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and successful initiatives.Work with regional teams to transform local entities, driving synergies and operational improvements.Your core competencies:Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives and business transformations within financial services.Deep expertise in payments, including Payment Acceptance, card issuing, and processing.Successful track record in forming strategic partnerships and driving business development.Strong skills in customer experience improvement and data-driven decision-making.Leadership in change management with measurable impacts on operating models, skill development, employee engagement, and technology.Experience managing complex, multi-market change initiatives involving technical and personnel aspects.What’s in it for you:Flexible work arrangements: Flexible hours, remote work from Austria, and 30 days per year remote work across the EU.Global community: Over 75 nationalities, English as the working language, and support for work permits.
