The Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth, 360 Engineering currently has an opportunity for a Senior Control System/Automation Engineer to join the team full-time.
Joining an experienced team, you will work closely with clients and staff to design and deliver control system and telemetry projects, involving both office and field work.
Your primary responsibilities include designing, programming, testing, commissioning, and supporting SCADA, PLC, RTU, HMI, and Radio telemetry systems, with moderate domestic travel.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Ethernet networking design and implementation
* Providing support and training to clients
* Assisting with bids, proposals, and quotes
* Performing maintenance and diagnostics on client systems
About You
We seek someone with experience in telemetry and/or control systems in the Water/Wastewater sector, with at least eight years of relevant experience. A relevant degree is preferred but industry experience without a degree will also be considered.
You should have strong customer service skills, be personable, effective at technical communication, and collaborative.
Technologies and brands include:
* PLC: Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, Omron
* RTU: SCADAPack, Brodersen, Mox, Siemens, Kingfisher, Elpro
* SCADA: GeoSCADA (ClearSCADA), or Plant SCADA (CitectSCADA)
* HMI: Red Lion, PanelView, ProFace, Omron
You should be proficient with Microsoft Office, networking, and virtualization concepts.
Additional considerations:
* Experience in OT Cybersecurity
* System administration and Active Directory
You should be willing to mentor junior staff, receptive to feedback, and eager to collaborate and learn from the team.
