Do you thrive at the intersection of data modeling and engineering? We're looking for a talented Data Modeler & Engineer to join our CRM Data team, part of the CRM Data & Insights Product Family, and help us build robust, scalable, and business-driven data solutions in the dynamic world of retail.
In this role, you'll play a key part in designing and maintaining data models that support customer-centric decision-making across the organization. While your primary focus will be on data modeling, we're also looking for someone with hands-on experience in data engineering - someone who can bring models to life through efficient data pipelines and modern architecture.
Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models tailored to business needs, with a strong focus on customer and CRM-related data
Implement historization techniques such as Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD-1, SCD-2, etc.) Build and optimize data pipelines and transformation workflows to support data model implementation and data quality
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data modeling and engineering within the team
Support the data engineers during implementation
Solid understanding of data engineering principles and ability to implement data models in production environments
Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., A family-friendly company culture with flexible working hours and remote working options available according to your individual needs
