Job Description

Drives sales and business results in the designated account territory by flawlessly executing the brand plan on account level, maintains and builds partnerships in therapeutic area related customer groups, and flexibly allocates resources between key accounts and awareness‑building activities to drive referrals.

* Distribution of work as deemed appropriate by the TA leadership.
* Flexibility to work across therapeutic areas as directed by leadership.
* Acts as the product specialist at the customer interface and engages in constant dialogue to create value for patients, customers, and Janssen.
* Analyzes territory sales data and customer insights to develop account plans aligned with the country business strategy and brand plan.
* Plans sales activities in line with segmentation and targeting criteria using available sales data and CRM (e.g., iConnect) to maximize sales impact.
* Leverages cross‑functional teams and coordinates account activities to achieve customer interaction excellence and innovative solutions.
* Shares best practices and knowledge with other Janssen Key Account Managers across therapeutic areas.
* Embraces continuous learning to improve sales skills and medical knowledge.
* Conducts business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements.
* Enhances the use of multi‑channel communication with all available channels.

Compliance Requirements

* Ensures alignment of all activities with J&J Credo, applicable procedures and policies, including health‑care compliance, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, GCPs, regulatory regulations, and local legislation.
* Ensures safety reporting requirements (AE/PQC reporting) are met and appropriately managed per company policies and SOPs.
* Understands, manages, and complies with HCC and legal requirements (Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value rules, Promotional Materials rules) when planning projects.
* Complies with designated SOPs and mandatory training for the role (MTP Matrix, Adverse Event and Quality Complaint Reporting Awareness, HCC/FCPA Awareness).
* Reports adverse events and quality complaints timely in accordance with guidelines/SOPs.
* Acts in accordance with J&J HCC requirements in interactions with healthcare professionals and government officials.


Qualifications

* University degree in Human Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or Pharmacy (referred to as “Pharmareferentenprüfung”).
* 2–5 years of work experience in comparable roles; experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar industry preferred.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
* Valid driver’s licence.
* High proficiency in the country‑specific language and in spoken and written English.

Salary and Benefits

Base pay range: €62,200.00 – €99,935.00. In addition to base pay, the role offers an annual bonus with a target percentage of pay, sales commissions, vacation days, parental leave for a minimum of 12 weeks, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well‑being reimbursement, programs for financial, physical and mental health, service anniversary and recognition awards, and eligibility for several insurance plans (subject to location terms).
