Your Responsibilities Design, manage, and continuously develop our global Compensation & Benefits processes and policies to ensure fair and competitive compensation structures across all regions
Manage, build and continuously enhance salary structures and variable compensation programs
Take ownership of the governance and further development of the global PALFINGER Job Grading System
You advise and support HR colleagues and leaders on all C&B topics (e.g., compensation reviews, job offers, and other compensation-related cases)
You coordinate and drive global C&B projects and change initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, clear documentation, and consistent rollout across the organization Your Qualifications Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a comparable field
Several years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within an international corporate environment
Strong expertise in compensation principles and practices (e.g., pay structures, incentive programs, benefits governance) – knowledge of job grading systems (e.g., gradar, Mercer, WTW) is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for data – knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
Very good English skills as well as confident stakeholder communication and enjoyment of working in a global What We Offer Flexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home
