Responsibilities
Develop product features with special attention to feature completeness, testability, and maintainability, satisfying the team’s high standards of design, code quality, and test automation.
Collaborate closely with peers within and outside the team, promoting pair programming and constructive feedback, to continuously improve skills and help teammates become better professionals.
Contribute to the system’s architecture, challenging solutions and requirements, and advance architecture to support autonomy, throughput, and a positive developer experience.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and standards, scanning the market for innovative solutions, creating prototypes and pilots, and driving ideas that push boundaries and create impact.
Engage in business and product discussions, collaborating with stakeholders to develop technically feasible requirements and shape the product vision in alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in full‑stack web development technologies, specifically TypeScript and Node.js.
Strong knowledge in frontend technologies and frameworks (Web Components, React, CSS).
Interest in continuous delivery and test automation (Playwright, Vitest).
Experience in AI‑assisted coding.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern SaaS products such as AWS, GitHub, or Cloudinary.
Experience working in virtual & mixed-team organizations, including outsourced partners and vendors.
Understanding of modern web application architectures and concepts, such as islands architecture, caching, accessibility, and web performance.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
Familiarity with tools like Git, JIRA, or Datadog.
Travel: 0–10 %.

Elsbethen, Salzburg, Austria — RedBull Global Headquarters.
Compensation
Minimum salary: EUR 2,303 gross per month (collective agreement). The total compensation package is market‑aligned and generally exceeds this minimum.
