We are looking for a motivated and proactive
Marketing Intern (f/m/d)
to join our Retail Business Unit.
This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment and to work closely with Product Managers, the Omnichannel Manager, and cross-functional teams.
Please note, that this position is limited until December 31, 2026.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Collaborating on various administrative tasks across the BU RX team
* Overseeing and updating the CRM system to ensure data accuracy
* Supporting the management of digital tools used for marketing and sales activities
* Monitoring purchase orders and related processes
* Managing compliance tools (contract management, approval process)
* Contributing to telemarketing projects and follow-ups (e.g. Opt-in extensions with HCPs)
* Providing support to Product Managers and the Omnichannel Manager on daily activities and projects
* Assisting in the planning, organization, and execution of events
* Acting as a contact point for field force (Sales) requests
* Involved in creating, adapting and coordinating in organization of marketing materials
* Conducting analyses and evaluations of sales campaigns and activities
What You'll Bring To The Role
* Ongoing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
* Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM/digital tool experience is a plus
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 34.673,10/year (on a full-time basis).
