Role Overview
This is a dual‑role position based in South East Brisbane. Externally, you will develop new business and grow existing customer relationships across transport operators, mining contractors, industrial distributors, manufacturers and logistics providers across Australia and New Zealand. Internally, you will oversee the 350 m² warehouse, manage imports and inventory, and lead a small team of 3 to ensure stock is available and orders go out on time. You will report directly to the international Managing Director in South Africa.
Responsibilities
* Grow key accounts while winning new business opportunities.
* Lead warehouse operations and maintain accurate stock levels.
* Coordinate imports, purchasing and global supply activities.
* Support and lead warehouse and administration team members.
* Travel across Australia and New Zealand, supporting clients.
* Work closely with international leaders and product managers.
* Monitor sales, service and operational performance metrics.
Qualifications
* Strong in B2B sales, known for prospecting, closing and retaining customers.
* Experienced in inventory management, logistics or supply planning.
* Natural leader with a hands‑on, sleeves‑rolled‑up management style.
* Confident communicator and relationship‑builder.
* Highly organised and comfortable working independently.
