Your Tasks
* Modelling and further developing of holding processes in all areas, with a focus on increasing efficiency and minimising risk
* Analysing, evaluating and providing methodological support for process and process map analyses within the holding company and group companies
* Identifying and promoting opportunities for the intelligent automation of business processes and the exchange of best practices
* Active support and further development of the process management community within the group
* In-depth knowledge and several years of experience with BPM and ARIS (or similar tool) desirableProactive, independent and extremely reliable way of working
* Strong sense of responsibility and consistent completion of tasks
* Very good communication skills, empathy and strong team spirit
* Discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with sensitive information
* Very good German and English skills, other CEE languages are an advantage

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,248.70 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
