You will drive the entire process, from market analysis and partner identification to defining portfolio strategies, sales activities, and joint marketing initiatives.

Your Mission
* You evaluate and implement a marketplace middleware solution, collaborating with our Head of eCommerce and IT for technical integration, to ensure scalability across EU marketplaces. You manage the entire project, from defining business needs to implementing the middleware.
* You define our marketplace strategy by mapping and monitoring the EU marketplace landscape, developing a scorecard for potential new partners.
* You provide clear recommendations for new EU marketplaces, including prioritization, onboarding timelines, and portfolio selection.
* You lead negotiations and onboarding of new marketplace customers, covering trade terms, technical connection via middleware, sales activities, and portfolio management.
* You are accountable for SKU planning to ensure sufficient stock and meet sales ambitions.
* You handle the day-to-day operational management of orders, including steering, monitoring, troubleshooting, stock, and returns management.
* You manage internal stakeholder relationships, collaborating with Sales Teams, global eCommerce, IT, Logistics, Product Managers, and CX to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
* You lead an eCommerce Marketplace Coordinator, guiding their daily contributions to marketplace success.
Your Skills
* You hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or eCommerce with 3-5 years of experience.
* You have proven experience with marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Refurbed) and middleware solutions.
* You evaluate and optimize operational processes and set up new ones.
* You have successfully managed projects.
* You enjoy working in and as a team, and excel at cross-functional collaboration.
* You are a strategic thinker, analytical, with a commercial mindset, and results-driven.
* Your hands-on mentality helps you develop new ideas and take calculated risks.
* You have a passion for our brand and expanding its reach.
* You are fluent in English and German.

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.500,- on a full-time basis. We consider your qualifications and experience and are open to discussing appropriate overpayment. We look forward to discussing details in person.
