WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* A variety of accounting responsibilities, including monthly closings and related control tasks using Mesonic Winline software
* General administrative duties, including regular email correspondence, dunning processes, and support of day-to-day operations
* Support for the Associate Director, Accounting (Salzburg)
* Administrative HR support, such as registering and deregistering temporary staff and processing their payments
* Invoice review and verification
* Assistance in the preparation of the annual financial statements
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Completed commercial or business-related training
* Good German and English language skills
* Understanding of accounting and ideally some experience in the field
* Independent, precise, and structured working style
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility
* Reliability and a professional demeanor
