We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Developer to join our team, focusing on the Special Operations segment.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. You will play a key role in tracking market trends, driving innovation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
* Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and lead the sales process effectively.
* Create targeted customer lists and anticipate potential customer requirements to drive sales initiatives.
* Develop acquisition templates and business cases to support strategic growth efforts.
* Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for management to guide decision-making.
* Navigate complex procurement, tendering and contracting processes.
Your Experiences And Skills
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial. Any other language is an asset.
* Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial forecasting skills.
* Proven experience in business development methods and practices.
