* Michael Monin – Co‑Founder & CTO: 10+ years as CTO/COO in web2/web3, 1+ year in AI/LLM, serial entrepreneur.
* Thomas Lacroix – Co‑Founder & CMO: 8+ years in customer acquisition & e‑commerce growth, serial entrepreneur of Curatible and MTK Digital.
* Maruša Fasano – CFO/Legal: 25+ years in finance, strategy, M&A; former CFO/M&A at Curatible, ex‑President of the Board at SotremoSA.


Your Role

You will report directly to the CMO and play a key, hands‑on role in executing and optimizing our high‑volume paid acquisition channels. This fast‑paced environment lets you manage the end‑to‑end user acquisition process—from campaign setup and creative iteration to data analysis and reporting—while receiving continuous guidance and feedback.Your Responsibilities


Campaign Execution and Scaling Support

* Assist in the daily management of core paid acquisition channels or DSPs (ExoClick, TrafficStars, Meta, etc.).
* Support the creation of scalable acquisition funnels by ensuring proper tracking implementation and gathering data insights.
* Actively participate in the testing loop by preparing new ad concepts, organizing creative assets, and setting up audience tests.


Performance Analysis and Reporting

* Monitor campaign and funnel performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards, flagging any critical changes or anomalies.
* Pull, clean, and organize performance data (CPA, ROAS, retention) to support weekly and monthly strategic reviews.
* Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards.


Creative & Funnel Contribution

* Support the creative briefing process by gathering performance data and communicating required asset changes.
* Collaborate with Product and Content teams to launch and test conversion‑rate‑optimizing landing pages.
* Assist in documenting and implementing systems that streamline creative testing speed and reduce fatigue.


Partnership Management & Learning

* Build rapport with key traffic source representatives and manage communications and reporting performance.
* Research and document potential new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools).
* Stay up‑to‑date on platform rules, policy changes, and algorithm shifts.


Challenges You’ll Tackle

* Help us scale fast: execute daily campaign changes to grow budgets while keeping CAC/ROAS targets.
* Grow our user base: directly contribute to the goal of expanding from 30 million to 100 million users.
* Launch new channels: setup tracking and ad infrastructure for new advertising platforms.
* Improve conversions: run A/B tests on landing pages and funnels.
* Be the link for creative: translate performance data into clear creative suggestions.


Qualifications


Hard Skills

* Minimum 1 year experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
* Explored and understands basic structures of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
* Quick learner of new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces.
* Strong analytical skills (comfortable with data and Excel) and creative eye for effective ad hooks.
* Comfortable working with and running campaigns on adult/NSFW networks.


Nice‑to‑Haves

* Knowledge of basic online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA).
* Familiarity with analytics or tracking tools (GA4, Voluum, etc.).
* Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals (dating, femtech, telehealth, etc.).
