Group Expert Foaming Excellence (all genders) Company: NEVEON Holding GmbH Location: Kremsmünster Employment Type: Permanent Your challenge * Set up roadmaps and follow up to further develop our foaming units. * Monitor and improve our Operations KPIs with methods such as Continuous Improvement, Lean Management, Six Sigma, and initiate corrective actions if needed * Project Management: manage site or group projects within defined scope of responsibility (e.g. investments, process data gathering, reporting, ). * Work closely & Influence factors impacting operational efficiency such as supplier quality, product portfolio and product lead times * Drive knowledge sharing across production sites through regular on-site collaboration. * Report and comment on project progress and deviations across the Group.
