Who you are
This position will be great for you if you:
Have at least 10 years of working experience
Are a good communicator who can bring people together
Have a background in software development as well as product management
Understands to “translate” customer needs to product requirements
Speak & write English fluently, German would be a plus
Have strong project management skills
Work in a reliable and structured way
Likes to follow through to completion

Your role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will act as a bridge between customer success team (understanding clients and their needs) and the product development team, coordinating this team for joint success. Your tasks include:
Understanding and analyzing customer needs
Translating customer needs into product requirements
Filtering and prioritizing feature requests from the customer success team
Creating concepts for new features and products
Defining the roadmap together with the LiveVoice management team
Coordinating the different developer departments (web, mobile, sysops, …) for most effective outcome
Making sure progress is made and balanced with healthy team life

Work environment: Our team is located in different cities across Austria, with our HQ in Salzburg. We try to live the flexibility of remote work while also taking into account the importance of feeling each other by meeting face to face.
The job will be mostly in Vienna, with regular visits in Salzburg.
