Your Responsibilities
* Partner Relationships: Strategically building, expanding, and maintaining sustainable PAYONE partner relationships to increase revenue from existing and new partners.
* New Partnerships: Developing and implementing acquisition strategies to identify and acquire new customers or establish collaborations with partners and integrators, focusing on digitally active partners and future-oriented business fields.
* Contract Negotiations: Creating clear framework conditions, participating in drafting, negotiating, and closing new contracts, as well as adjusting existing contracts.
* Interface Role: Acting as a link between product management, direct sales, and marketing to successfully implement solutions for/from sales partners.
* Cross Selling: Conducting cross-selling activities for other PAYONE products.
* Market Analysis: Monitoring market and competition to identify trends and derive recommendations for the further development of partner management.
* Scaling Potentials: Identifying scaling potentials of the sales partner solution in collaboration with the technical team/consultants and enabling them through cross-channel activities.
* Interdisciplinary Cooperation: Managing and coordinating cross-departmental working groups to address market segments.
* Integration of New Features: Supporting and advising on upselling and the integration of new features and payment options.
* Product Training: Training new and existing partners on the PAYONE product portfolio to ensure they understand and can effectively sell the products.
Your Qualifications
* Experience in direct or indirect sales of complex solutions, ideally in Payment/FinTech.
* Proven expertise in Payment, E-commerce, and Acquiring.
* Ability to communicate confidently at all decision-making levels (up to C-Level).
* Commercial training/studies or a comparable qualification.
* Hands-on mentality.
* Success- and solution-oriented mindset.
* Enthusiasm and motivation.
* Analytical skills.
* Experience with MS Office, SAP, and ideally Salesforce.
* Good communication skills in German and business-fluent English.
