Job Responsibilities
* Become part of the Customer Success team responsible for roll-out of our B2B enterprise software to clients in the automotive/manufacturing industry, primarily in the German-speaking area.
* Become an expert user of the Tset software, understanding features and functionalities, and gaining user perspective.
* Identify customers’ business needs and use cases, and design and implement solutions in Tset.
* Use our software's APIs to solve simple to intermediate configuration and customization tasks (e.g., data imports and report creation).
* Lead and facilitate customer workshops and discussions to ensure best solution design and manage customer expectations.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as point of contact to address concerns and manage escalations.
* Define project scope and objectives, predict and manage project resources, develop and manage a detailed project schedule; assume project ownership and controlling responsibilities.
* Collaborate closely with customer support and product management to ensure tickets are tracked and resolved.
* Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
* Experience in project management and/or customer success or customer service operations.
* Experience in at least one of these areas: SaaS, enterprise software, automotive/manufacturing industry, product costing, and product sustainability.
* Proven ability to solve analytical problems efficiently and effectively, including entry-level programming skills (e.g., Python) and readiness to use such tools.
* Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and comprehension skills in English, and good client communication skills in German; ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and listen to customers to understand their issues. If German is not at a professional level (minimum C1), strong expertise in manufacturing industry and/or product costing required.
* Attention to detail and proactivity to identify and report issues that need immediate attention.
* Ability to work independently and assume full ownership of tasks.
* Experience or willingness to work with tools: Asana, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Slack, G‑Suite, MS Office.
* Willingness to travel within Europe.
