Your responsibilitiesOperational Execution & Planning: Carry out testing, installation, commissioning, warranty, service, and maintenance tasks based on detailed work packages and plans, including mobilization and demobilization meetings, scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and HSE considerations.Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to Palfinger Marine's and customer HSE policies, travel regulations, working hour provisions, and participate in safety routines like Tool Box Talks and Safe Job Analysis.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily updates including service reports, punch lists, non-conformance and HSE registers, and ensure all documentation is stored on designated platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Basecamp, Smartsheet).Workplace Standards: Ensure a clean and organized work environment, promote a high-performance culture, and secure external approval of time sheets on a daily/weekly basis.Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks as needed to support project success and continuous improvement through lessons learned sessions with product owners.Your QualificationsTechnical education or equivalent combination of education/experience in one or several of the following disciplines: Mechanical / hydraulic, Electro / Automation / PLC, Siemens - TIA / S7, HMI, Frequency DrivesMaritime / Offshore experience is an advantageGood English language skills written and spokenExcellent cooperation and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and in a teamAbility to systematically fault trace complex technical issuesStructured, creative and have the ability to multi-taskQualification for offshore health certificate is mandatoryWhat we offerAn interesting, diversified and challenging job for the hands-on and professional candidateCompetitive salaryFlexible working hoursAn inspiring working environmentYou have the chance to be part of the fast-growing PALFINGER MARINE familyAre you interested in the position and still have questions?
